New Toptipsters' services add sparkle

Published: 03/10/2018

Another month and another new star appears in the Toptipsters’ galaxy. Profit Club Official’s debut month posting of 83.06 points earned top spot in the September listings – the first time for more than two years that a rookie service has headed the list in their first month of action.

The ever-reliable Sandbets claimed second with a 54.02-point gain. Another debut service, The Winning Edge, were third on 41 points with John’s Value Selections fourth with a 16.96-point yield. LMR Racing (yet another newcomer), Tony Mc Racing, Sprint Specialiser and Tip Top Tips also finished September with positive returns.

One of the many tipsters seeking value-based selections, Profit Club Official struck gold immediately with almost 50% of the opening month’s selections generating a return. The month’s biggest earners were 22/1 Chester victor, Ptarmigan Ridge (29 September) and two winning 20/1 advices, Lissitzky (Windsor, 3 September) and Noah And The Ark (Leopardstown, 15 September). Although these wins were spectacular, it was the steady day-by-day progress that impressed, as the profit climbed to heady heights.

Sandbets’ 54-point yield was their best return since April’s 81.95-point gain. It was also a 14th month of profit during 18 months with Toptipsters. September’s three stand-out winners all came at leafy Lingfield: 10/1 Fragrant Belle (1 September), 9/1 Dubai Blue (15 September) and 8/1 Kasbaan (25 September).

Like Profit Club Official, The Winning Edge made a bold showing in their debut month with a 41-point profit. Remarkably, this handsome haul was earned with just three winners – War Glory, successful at 20/1 at Kempton on 8 September and two 16/1 chances, Daily Trader (Ffos Las, 13 September) and Pink Phantom (Chelmsford City, 29 September). There were also a number of near misses including a 33/1 advice that finished second, a 20/1 third and a 16/1 runner-up.

There’s no doubting the most improved service in the Toptipsters’ stable. That’s John’s Value Selections who, in the last three months have earned a 550-point profit. September’s return of 16.96, though much smaller than the previous two months’ post-250-point yields, showed that the service boasts resilience, surviving a mid-month dip. The recovery came about thanks to audacious winners such as 22/1 You’re Cool (Wolverhampton, 26 September) and 25/1 Royal Brave (Ripon, 29 September). The month began in the brightest possible style, thanks to a 33/1 Curragh success, Kenya (1 September) and October has commenced in much the same way – a 36-point profit and 69% return on investment (ROI) after just two days of action.

In a month when new services were much to the fore, a third rookie, LMR Racing, posted a 10.75-point yield, with eight selections producing four winners and a whopping 169% ROI.

Like John’s Value Selections, Tony Mc Racing has had a splendid summer earning subscribers 130 points of profit in the July-September period. September’s 5.93-point gain was secured via a strong finish with four of the service’s last eight selections prevailing.

At the end of August, Sprint Specialiser trailed Early Price Profits by 324 points, but a small 5.27-point gain and a losing month for the table-toppers helped reduce the deficit at the head of the table to a still formidable 216 points. AB Tips remain in third place (244.18 points) with Sandbets moving up to 217.92 points. Tip Top Tips have a 2018 profit of 86.33 points ahead of the two newcomers, Profit Club Official (83.06 points) and The Winning Edge (41.00 points).
