Emphatic Under The Radar triumph again

Under The Radar celebrated their first birthday as a member of the Toptipsters’ community with an emphatic victory in the November challenge. A posting of 318.58 points – the second highest in Toptipsters’ history – saw this uncompromising service take over at the head of the 2017 table and only a major reversal will deny them overall victory.

Blagsters Top Tips, one of several exciting new services to join us in the last couple of months, claimed second in the November listings with an impressive 92.11-point gain. Sandbets finished third with 70.57 points, while there were also November profits for Tony Mc Racing (36.78 points), Past The Post Racing (28.63 points), Early Price Profits (25.26 points), Foresight (24.71 points), Weekly Winners (20.55 points), TipsterPro (11.25 points) and AB Tips (4.55 points).

In claiming their fourth monthly crown of the year, Under The Radar, surpasses their previous best monthly haul – 293.88 points set in January. It was their fourth 250-plus-point profit of the year and follows hot on the heels of October’s 248-point profit that breathed new life into the 2017 race.

Remarkably, Under The Radar now have four entries in the seven best Toptipsters’ monthly profits of all time:

TOPTIPSTERS’ TOP MONTHLY PROFITS

348.35   Leisure Sports Services                    October, 2016

318.58   Under The Radar                             November, 2017

293.88   Under The Radar                             January, 2017

289.25   EachWay Accas                                 October, 2016

271.77   Under The Radar                             May, 2017

257.05   EachWay Accas                                October, 2015

248.37   Under The Radar                             October, 2017

November’s effort deserves close scrutiny. 106 selections were advised and an overall return on investment (ROI) of 107.99% was achieved. This despite two winnerless sequences of more than 20 bets. Such were the prices of the winners that these losses were easily absorbed. Successes included Lucarno Dancer (25/1, Hexham, 10 November), Mistry (22/1, Lingfield, 17 November), The Game Is A Foot (20/1, Plumpton, 6 November) and Favourite Royal (20/1, Lingfield, 25 November). Returns on placed selections advised each-way included 40/1, 33/1 and 25/1 chances.

As a result of this outstanding effort, Under The Radar are now well clear at the top of the 2017 Toptipster Challenge with a gain of 839.49 points. Early Price Profits are second on 592.78 points with Sprint Specialiser third on 285.48 points and Sandbets fourth (281.13 points).

When a new service boasts a strike-rate of more than 40%, it’s time to pay attention. This was the case with Blagsters Top Tips, whose 92-point November yield secured second spot in the listings. Paddyplex, a 12/1 winner at Newcastle on 12 November, was the best priced of the 46 winning selections. Long losing sequences were absent making this a secure service, and with three to five bets advised most days this is perhaps one for those punters with accumulators in mind.

Sandbets registered their seventh month of profit out of eight with 33/1 Thunderbolt Rocks (Wolverhampton, 25 November) and 25/1 Occupy (Kempton, 7 November) spearheading the month’s efforts.

Tony Mc’s November returns: 36.78 points and a 51.80% ROI were both personal bests, while another newcomer, Past The Post, also made a smart debut, posting a ROI of almost 40%.

Old hands Early Price Profits and Foresight again found plenty of winners with the latter boasting a near 50% ROI. Weekly Winners continued the good form of October with a 31% November strike-rate and TipsterPro’s strike rate of 50% and their ROI (49%) were both highly commendable.
