439-1 Treble Helps EachWay Accas Back to the Top

Having ceded the lead at the head of the Toptipster’s table in May, EachWay Accas stormed back to the pinnacle with a massive 99.94-point yield in June. May’s table-toppers Sprint Specializer were also in robust form in June, posting a handsome 52-point gain, while SaffronRacing.co.uk and Racing Connections finished third and fourth respectively with impressive monthly hauls.

EachWay Accas have been with Toptipsters since day one in December 2014. By the following March, they were in full swing, and since then have posted profits of 50-points or more on nine occasions out of a possible 15. This sequence included an amazing return of 394.6-points in May 2015, the highest monthly profit in Toptipsters’ history.

Looking through June’s returns, there is a steady stream of attractively priced winners with 12/1 Invermere (Catterick, 3 June) and 20/1 Bay Of St Malo (Brighton, 6 June) standing out. There was also a 439-1 treble at Goodwood on 5 June (Penwortham, 10/1, Arnold Lane, 7/1, and Confessional, 4/1).

Although denied a fourth monthly crown of 2016, Sprint Specializer had plenty of reasons to be pleased with their June return. These included 22/1 Pomme De Terre, a winner at York on 11 June, 16/1 Art Obsession (Doncaster, 25 June), 14/1 Guishan (Haydock, 18 June) and 11/1 Blaine (Epsom Downs, 4 June).

Similar sentiments could be made about SaffronRacing.co.uk who secured third place in the June listings with a personal best tally of 34.94-points and a very pleasing 78% ROI. Highlights were the 20/1 success of the John Gosden-trained juvenile Ardad in the Windsor Castle Stakes at Royal Ascot (14 June) and 12/1 Blaine (Epsom Downs, 4 June).

Edgar Balthazar, a 25/1 winning advice at Carlisle on 22 June, helped convert a month of steady progress into a 23.36-point profit for Racing Connections. It was the third profitable month out of four for the service who, as a result, move from seventh to fourth in the overall 2016 table behind EachWay Accas, Sprint Specializer and SaffronRacing.co.uk

June saw Peter James complete a year with Toptipsters and he celebrated with another profitable month – the ninth during his Toptipster tenure (75%). Ribchester, winner of the Jersey Stakes at Royal Ascot (15 June), was an 8/1 winner for James, who secured a 37.50-point strike-rate during the month.

Monarch Maid (10/1, Salisbury, 7 June) and 7/1 Bondi Beach Boy (Chester, 25 June) were victors for Leisure Sports Services. 8/1 Ada Lovelace (Chelmsford City, 16 June) was successful for Early Price Profits, while Apex King (6/1, Newmarket, 18 June) scored for JK’s Racing Service.
